It is astounding to me that health leaders promote this approach. Will these quick approaches help you lose weight? Most likely, yes. Will you keep that weight off? Sadly, no. In fact, you will most likely put the weight back on along with some additional pounds that were not there to begin with. Starving your body is not the solution. A better approach: It’s really a simple equation – Find an activity that you enjoy and start eating well. This balance will help you achieve your goals. We all want instant gratification, but this one you will have to wait for and work toward. Tips: -Become better at reading nutrition labels. Education is key! -Eat well.
